Ingredients
- Vanilla = 1 teaspoon
- All purpose flour = 2 cups
- Canola oil = 1/4 cup
- Flour of whole wheat pastry = 1/2 cup
- Mashed banana = 2/3 cup
- Granulated sugar = 1/2 cup
- Eggs in lightly beaten form = 2
- Brown sugar packed = 1/2 cup
- Milk free of fat = 3/4 cup
- Baking soda = 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder = 1 1/4 teaspoons
- Ground cinnamon = 1 teaspoon
- Salt = 1/2 teaspoon
For Ganache
- Chopped dark chocolate = 3 ounces
- Half and half fat free = 1/4 cup
Directions
1. First preheat your oven at 325 F degrees. Take a pan of 10 inch and grease it and put it aside.2. Take a mixing bowl which is large in size. Stir baking powder, salt, cinnamon, flours, brown sugar, and baking powder together.3. Take another bowl which is medium and add vanilla, eggs, banana, oil and milk in it and combine well. Add this mixture to other flour mixture and slightly beat this mixture with help of blender (electric or hand held) for 2 minutes on high speed.4. Put the batter on pan and spread them evenly and start baking this cake puff for at least 55 minutes or you can check it with help of knife or wooden toothpick by inserting in the puff.5. Take it from the oven and put on a plate and let it cool for 10 minute
